1/64 Resin Slot Car Body Kit-Triumph TR6 by FCH
1/64 / HO slot car body kit, Triumph TR6 (1968 - 1976). Resin cast. First in an exclusive series of 1/64 scale slot car bodies sold by Full Circle Hobbies. The kit contains 5 high quality pieces requiring assembly, gluing and painting, and is cast in a premium grey polyurethane resin by company owner David Gurinskas. The basic design is from the Hot Wheels die cast model TR6 with modifications to the body. These include an altered wheelbase with integral body mounts to fit the AFX Mega G+ 1.5 chassis (not included), a new dashboard with gauges, tonneau cover, driver figure with old style helmet, accurate gas filler cap, twin exhaust pipes, 2 outside rear view mirrors, and a length of plastic rod for making the roll bar. Holes must be drilled through the body to accommodate the roll bar, and the front axle of your Mega G+ chassis should be narrowed slightly to achieve a more realistic look. The underside is cast just as smooth as the outside of the body.
