We ship Internationally to any destination that Canada Post serves. Shipping time for North America is approximately 1 - 3 weeks, outside of North America approximately 2 - 6 weeks depending on shipping method and destination. Shipping cost for all orders includes handling and insurance.
Please note that although shipping costs may seem high, I can't control shipping rates that Canada Post charges, and flat rates are usually about the same as calculated rates. When ordering, remember that it's the price of the item plus shipping, that should be taken into account when judging the value of an item.
All Canadian orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel. Orders of 1kg or less U.S.A. and orders of 2kg or less Internationally, are shipped by Canada Post Small Packet Air. Orders over 1kg U.S.A. and orders over 2kg Internationally, are shipped by Canada Post Surface(Ground) with a tracking number. All orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. We accept PayPal only. If you don't have a PayPal account, opening one takes about five minutes on their website, www.paypal.com .
GST/PST or HST tax applies to Canadian residents only and is added to the item(s), handling and shipping total. Customers will be notified of any over payments on shipping costs and will be refunded via PayPal after the items are processed by Canada Post. All sales are final, no returns or refunds accepted. We are not responsible for any damage to items caused during transit or delivery by the carrier. Any brokerage, customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders that are sent back to me because of incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, can be resent upon receiving the correct address. However, an additional shipping and handling charge defined by myself, must be paid before the order can be reshipped.
